We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Younergy, a leading Swiss company specializing in solar energy solutions. Based in Crissier based in Crissier with occasional travel to our Solothurn office, this role allows you to be part of a customer-focused organization in a fast-growing industry, playing a key role in the global transition to sustainable energy.

As Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our marketing initiatives across diverse channels and regions, covering both the French- and German-speaking areas of Switzerland. You will lead local marketing efforts, overseeing communications, managing brand visibility, and developing content that resonates with our audience. Additionally, you will drive lead generation activities, ensuring the success of our marketing strategy. What will be your main responsibilities?

• Lead end-to-end marketing activities, from strategic planning to execution
• Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to achieve marketing objectives
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including event management and partnership development
• Oversee marketing communications, including website management, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Manage marketing campaigns from concept to creation, working closely with the sales and marketing teams, and either executing them independently or with external partners
• Develop and manage social media content, with a focus on solar energy and our specialized engineering services, highlighting industry expertise and insights from our in-house engineering team

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience (experience in the solar or energy sector is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field of study
• Fluency in English, and mandatory either French or Swiss German
• Another language will be a plus
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to take campaigns from idea to execution
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams and work towards shared goals
