Marketing Services - Digital Support Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zug based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Executing digital projects focused on OCE, digital governance, and technical platform support
- Managing digital initiatives to increase traffic to the company's channels, including media campaigns, opt-in projects, and mass email coordination
- Serving as the interface with CRM database providers and commercial field teams, supporting OCE/SFE reporting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with digital marketing guidelines in collaboration with procurement, digital guidelines, and GCIT processes
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of work experience in a digital-related field within the Swiss market
- Ability to quickly understand and adopt new tools and systems
- Strong understanding of digital governance, CRM systems, and digital technical platforms
- Familiarity with compliance standards, ethical codes, and company processes, including P3, ERC training, regulatory, and legal requirements
- University degree in business marketing or information technology
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken, French is a plus
