Arxada is seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in the chemical or life science industry, looking to make a significant impact through strategic market positioning and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives.

• Conduct thorough market and competition analyses to inform strategic decisions.

• Create and maintain a range of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and newsletters.

• Manage and enhance our social media channels and websites.

• Organize and participate in trade fairs and events to represent Arxada.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and manage budgets.

• Support the Sales Team during customer visits with relevant marketing insights.

• Deliver presentations and training sessions internally and externally.

• Collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biology, biotechnology, chemistry) or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in the chemical, bioscience, or medical devices industry.

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in common marketing tools and a solid understanding of market research techniques.

• Experience in biocides, medical devices, or disinfectants is a plus.

• Fluency in English.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, mainly abroad.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple internal stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on product positioning and competitive environment monitoring.
