Currently, in Japan, Accor operates a total of 49 hotels under the following brands: MGallery Collection, Pullman, Swissotel, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Grand Mercure, Mercure, Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Ibis Budget.
- Balancing the diverse needs and priorities of different hotels and stakeholders within the Japan region.
- Mange senior relationships with media and agency partners.
- Interact with senior leadership team for media opportunities in Japan.
- Drive marketing and communications KPI’s across a rapidly growing portfolio of hotels and brands.
- This contract is fixed-term. (until April 2025)

- Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Marketing or Communications role
- Advertising or Marketing or PR Agency experience will be advantageous
- Strong people management skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English languages.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
