Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Function as a Strategic business leader of the Marketing & Communications for the hotel and alignment with the brand strategy.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve relations with all media agencies, influencers and key stakeholders
- Provide market intelligence in evaluating the Market and economic trends that may lead to changes in communication Strategy
- Determine and develop Marketing Communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.
- Manage Marketing Consulting Agency teams, Brand Marketing, and Campaign Management initiatives
- Work with F&B and Wellness Teams to develop and implement a robust marketing and events calendar
- Creation of content for hotel social media pages in alignment with brand guidelines
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 8 years of experience of which at least 2 years in similar role.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Successful Pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong process orientation;
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
- Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;
- Understanding of Digital Technology and social platforms
- Strong Public relationship management & Networking Skills
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- Dynamic and result oriented
