Marketing Associate (Kraków, Poland)
Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company dedicated to solving complex problems of traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing and pharma. We work with some of the biggest organisations in Europe to solve the challenges that directly affect their business - be it operations, finance, manufacturing or R&D. Unit8’s mission is to drive the adoption of AI and Data Science in the non-digital industries and to help accelerate their digital transformation. Among its activities, Unit8 dedicates a part of its resources and time on projects that deeply matter to us - that includes collaboration on pro-bono and “engineering for good” causes.
Unit8 is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Team. The role will help coordinate our digital marketing activities, drive our Go - to - market execution, and will have an impact on the marketing assets production.
- Proactive and can-do attitude - fast learner, and ready to face challenges as they arise
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience ideally in an international organization
- Digital skills (previous video content creation will be a plus) and digital marketing skills ( Wordpress management, ad campaigns)
- Comfortable with using marketing tools including Canva, ClickUp, DaVinci Resolve, Google suite
- Great organizational skills: comfortable with juggling various streams at the same time
- Interest in technology and digital transformation (Analytics/AI/Machine Learning/Data Science)
- Fluency in English (French and/or German will be a plus) - it is a must
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of time (mostly Switzerland and DACH region)
- You are eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.
- Coordinate Unit8’s social media and our website in collaboration with the Marketing Team and our external collaborators; taking care of Uniit8’s online presence
- Contribute to the content creation (social media posts, reports, whitepapers, blog posts, videos etc)
- Working with Head of Growth on defining and executing the Go-to-market strategy
- Perform and measure the success of marketing campaigns and ads
- Coordinate content and logistics for Unit8’s participation in industry in-person and virtual events and career fairs
