AliveDx is seeking two Manufacturing Technicians to join our Manufacturing Team based in Eysins, Switzerland. These are full-time and permanent positions.

Manufacturing Technician

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Team Leader Manufacturing and Operational support, you ensure the running of daily manufacturing activities in the ISO8/7 controlled environment of bioprocess activities and automatic processes in compliance with safety rules and cGMP’s.

You perform formulation & fill of biological material, picking preparation and preparation operations in compliance with safety rules and cGMP 's while maintaining environmental conditions.

You perform the preparation operations, assembly, packaging and in process control (IPC) of MOSAIQ consumables in compliance with safety rules and cGMP 's while maintaining environmental conditions.

More precisely, your main responsibilities will include:

Ensure the supply of the processes per the production workflow

  • Prepare biological probes formulations (pipetting raw material and buffers, centrifugation) and store them in vials
  • Prepare the production equipment according to the applicable procedures
  • Handle the equipment according to the applicable production workflow
  • Manage production cycles on semi-automatic equipment
  • Work in a clean room classified ISO 8

Ensure the compliance per applicable procedures, hygiene and safety rules

  • Perform production operations according to GMP's rules, and the applicable specific procedures
  • Perform ERP declaration based on manufacturing batch records
  • Ensure compliance with applicable procedures for production operations required based on production workflow
  • Ensure traceability operations required based on production workflow
  • Apply and respect the dressing procedures applicable to the production areas
  • Apply and comply with health and hygiene rules
  • Apply and follow safety rules, report

Ensure the operation on the equipment and devices used in production

  • Ensure compliance with applicable procedures to ensure the cleanliness of equipment and devices used in production
  • Report any nonconformity found on equipment and production equipment
  • Work and manage production equipment according to the applicable workflows and schedules established by production managers
  • Contribute to the training of an operator in his training phase

Master training and qualification

  • Follow trainings as required part of the function
  • Follow the procedures in foreclosures on forms

Specific activities required

  • Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from the Company from time to time
  • Conduct all duties in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and appropriate regulatory requirements
  • The role will operate on a rotating shift pattern which will include day, evening, night and weekend working. The employee will be compensated appropriately

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Ideally degree in pharmacy or industrial biotechnology or any equivalent experience in industry pharmaceutical or biotechnology
  • Significant production experience in a controlled environment (type Medical Device / Pharma)
  • Experience with automated production equipment
  • Good knowledge of cGMP 's
  • Experience in clean room classified ISO 8 and good knowledge and application of formulation activities of biological probes or relevant experience in DSP (minimum 1 year), a strong asset
  • Being able to identify and explain technical event and ideally propose corrective or preventive actions in case of non–conforms
  • Good computer skills
  • Bring a constructive attitude and be engaged in teamwork
  • Being punctual, flexible and responsible
  • Fluent in French, English an asset
