EMEA Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with an international industrial business in Aargau in its search for an M&A Manager.
Working within the corporate development team, this is a significant role within the group, offering you global exposure and the chance to work on continuous and exciting projects worldwide.
Duties of the M&A Manager include:
The ideal candidate:
- Planning and executing strategic initiatives
- Full responsibility of managing M&A projects from inception to completion
- Carrying out financial modelling and valuations
- Proactively supporting strategic efforts by identifying and evaluating potential targets
- Carrying out industry analysis, developing strategic insights and recommendations
- Strong professional experience in strategic consulting or within an in-house M&A role - including strong experience in strategy planning, implementing and driving corporate initiatives
- Project management experience within M&A
- Modelling and presentation skills, both required for internal communication and with external parties
- Willingness to travel - this opportunity offers the chance to travel worldwide (40% travel)
- Strong communication in English is required, other languages are highly advantageous!
