Manager - AAGI A&H Sales & Marketing - Phuket Branch (Health Insurance)
Sales & Marketing and Strategy planning
1. Plan and implement marketing activities in order to achieve defined target
2. Conduct a regular sales & portfolio analysis to assure the consistency of performance and to improve it if necessary 3. Acquire new potential agents/broker and customers, maintain existing customers and expand new customers through all channel to meet the defined target target
4. Develops business plan together with branch manager and BU Head and meets or exceeds goals and implements all stragies
5. Ensure and manage expenses within the limited budget.
Manage and Develop Team Competencies
1. Work with sales team by providing direction, guidelines and support in order to increase expertise of sales team and drive sales volume
2. Educate Broker/Agents to meet customers' needs and right attitude in insurance business
3. Provide guidelines and support to the team on underwriting, marketing, account & administrative function
4. Perform quotation based on standard underwriting, for non-standard underwriting passing to underwriting manager—Head Office
Business Management
1. Manage overall day-to-day team operations and issues
2. Coordinate and report with Head office in order to have a smooth operation
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- At least 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing management
- Sales experience and strong knowledge of Health products
