Nous recherchons un-e médecin associé-e (médecin cadre) avec un intérêt particulier pour les lymphomes et/ou l'hématologie générale au sein du service d’hématologie.

We are looking for a Senior Hematologist in the Division of Hematology with a special interest in lymphomas and/or general hematology.

Contexte

Le Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) est l'un des 5 hôpitaux universitaires suisses. Grâce à sa collaboration avec la Faculté de biologie et médecine de l'Université de Lausanne et l'EPFL, le CHUV joue un rôle de pointe dans les domaines des soins médicaux, de la recherche médicale et de la formation.

Le Service d’hématologie est l’un des 4 piliers cliniques du département d’oncologie UNIL-CHUV qui intègre également la branche lausannoise du Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research (LICR) pour la recherche sur le cancer, en particulier dans le domaine de l'immunothérapie. Le service comprend également le laboratoire central d'hématologie, qui fait partie du département de médecine de laboratoire et de pathologie, et qui propose un large éventail de services de diagnostic, entre autres la cytométrie de flux, la biologie moléculaire, les analyses de coagulation et les analyses oncogénomiques de pointes.

Lausanne University Hospital (Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois, CHUV) is one of Switzerland's 5 university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, research, and education.

The Division of hematology is one of the 4 clinical pillars of the UNIL-CHUV Oncology Department, which includes the Lausanne branch of the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. The Hematology Division is also home to the Central Hematology Laboratory, which offers a wide range of diagnostic services, including state-of-the-art oncogenomics, flow cytometry, molecular biology, and coagulation analyses, and is part of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology.

Mission

Vous supervisez la prise en charge des patients dans toutes les disciplines de l'hématologie, avec un accent sur les lymphomes et une activité en hématologie générale.

• Vous participez à l’enseignement pré-gradué, post-gradué, et continu en hématologie.
• Vous promouvez une recherche translationnelle ou clinique, dans le domaine des lymphomes ou de l’hématologie générale.
• You will supervise the care of patients with a variety of hematological disorders, with a focus on lymphoid malignancies (lymphomas) and general hematology.
• You will participate in pre-graduate, post-graduate and continuing education in hematology.
• You will promote translational or clinical research in the field of lymphomas or general hematology.

Profil

• Diplôme de médecine
• Titre FMH d’hématologie ou équivalent (MEBEKO)
• Une expérience clinique dans tous les secteurs de l'hématologie, y compris l'hématologie générale, en particulier dans la prise en charge clinique des patients atteints de lymphomes.
• Une expérience de base dans un laboratoire d'hématologie (lecture de frottis sanguins périphériques, de frottis médullaires, d’immunophénotypisation). Une expérience approfondie dans un ou plusieurs secteurs de l'hématologie diagnostique ou un titre FAMH est un atout.
• La capacité de conduire un programme de recherche translationnelle ou clinique au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
• Des aptitudes à la collaboration interdisciplinaire et de réseau.
• Une aisance dans la communication et une bonne connaissance du français (C1) ou la capacité de l’acquérir rapidement.
• A medical degree
• FMH qualification in hematology or equivalent (MEBEKO)
• Clinical experience in all areas of hematology, particularly in the management of lymphoma patients.
• At least basic experience in a hematology laboratory (interpretation of peripheral blood and bone marrow smears, immunophenotyping); in-depth experience in one or more areas of diagnostic hematology or an FAMH qualification is an asset.
• The ability to lead a translational or clinical research program as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated skills in interdisciplinary collaboration and networking.
• Good communication skills and a good knowledge of French (C1), or the ability to acquire it rapidly.
