Overview of well performing coworker in the role:
-Has the understanding of the importance of providing a safe environment to the customers and coworker.
-Knowledgeable on writing reports/ submitting claims /incident reporting
verbal and written skills
-The ability to complete task on time/ efficient/ professional
-The ability to communicate effectively.
-The ability to solve problems/ awareness is key
-The ability to prioritize work.
Lots of walking the perimeter inside and outside the building
coaching & training the team.

HOURS – From 20-34 hours per week
SHIFT – Seeking work schedule availability open on all days including Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.
PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $17.42 to $24 and will be based on relevant work experience.

• Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Candidates in Oregon, New York, and St. Louis, MO, must be eligible to obtain a security guard license as required by applicable local law. Obtaining the security guard license is a required condition of employment for this role.
What you'll be doing day to day
• Ensures the safety and security of the people and property per local regulations
• Completes safety, security, and compliance audits and trainings
• Maintains critical safety equipment such as alarms, radios, and security systems
• Reports and follows up on incidents that occur
• Responds to and coordinates emergency situations in work areas such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, active shooter and other emergency events
