A renowned global company is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to handle daily Supply Chain activities for its international markets.
- Manage FG shipments, invoicing, shipping deviations, and sales & inventory reporting.
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as Finished Goods Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance, S&OP, and Packaging Engineering.
- Identify and communicate any shipment risks to management, supporting recommendations and implementing corrective actions to minimize supply risks.
- Analyze cross-functional and logistics processes, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of the supply chain.
- Ensure desired customer service levels are met and continuous product supply is maintained.
- Conduct monthly or bi-weekly meetings with affiliates as needed.
- Ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain related education.
- 2 to 5 years working experience in a Logistics /Supply Chain roles.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing planning tools: Oracle, SAP, APO, Hyperion, Business Objects.
- Fluent in English.
