For a dynamic online company we're looking for a Logistic Manager.
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee both the strategic
and operational aspects of the logistics operations.
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for:
- managing the logistics team, coordinating with various departments including Procurement, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance
- ensuring efficient and effective distribution of products to customers.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and
operational efficiency. - Analyse and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Design and set up the new distribution and logistics centers
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure and improve logistics performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics and
supply chain operations. - Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures for logistics operations.
- Manage risks associated with logistics activities, including transportation delays and inventory discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proven experience in both strategic planning and operational execution in logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
