We Offer As a Private Equity Product Manager, you act as an expert in relation to all operational aspects within the Private Equity (PE) franchise at Credit Suisse. In this role you will be working in a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are dealing with a variety of requests and inquiries from Relationship Managers and other internal and external Stakeholders in relation to PE Lifecycle Management. You will help improve and automize current processes and help us to bring them to the next level. You will interpret and process Capital Call- and Capital Distribution transactions, prepare PE reports and perform a variety of other PE Lifecycle events.
You will be also participating in UBS integration related initiatives within the PE area.

- 2-8 years a track record in a similar role in private markets, alternative or traditional investments
- Experience in automate processes and think it in a new way
- Previous experience with programming (e.g. VBA, Python)
- Prior exposure to or familiarity with the Investment Accounting engine Investran is a plus
- Ability to lead and manage small projects within the team and direct stakeholders
- Hands-on, ‘get-things-done’ type of person who likes to work in a challenging environment
- Excellent time management as well as analytical skills, and the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to timely escalate key risks and issues to senior management
- Passion for numbers, data and quantitative analysis as well as flair for precision are a must
- Experienced with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Excellent English skill (verbal & written)
- Solid academic background in Business Information Technology/Finance or similar (minimum bachelor’s degree)
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
