Your Impact
- Act as a senior legal consultant for our national and international clients on matters of business law (such as Company Law, Contract Law, M&A), data protection and employment law as part of PwC's business law practice in the Romandie.
- Work with the other members of the team and with specialists from other disciplines (such as tax, consulting, audit).
- Work as a generalist on a wide range of topics and with the possibility to specialize in specific topics.
- Provide clear, pragmatic and relevant legal advice to internal and external clients.
- Work in a diverse, international environment covering multiple service areas and industries individually as well as in your team
Your Skill Set
- A Swiss University Degree in Law and you are a Swiss qualified Attorney-at-Law.
- Previous experience in business law and ideally in consulting.
- Ambitious and dynamic, you have a positive mindset, and you are a good team player.
- Native French speaker and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Understand the legal aspects of the challenges that national and international companies face.
- Consulting and team-oriented mindset and take on responsibility for your projects.
