Your main tasks are

• Provide efficient, client-oriented solutions and ongoing support to the Private Banking front staff with regard to legal and reputation risk issues arising in daily business with clients
• Prepare and review account and product documentation
• Represent the Bank in client complaints and litigation cases
• Provide legal support and advice to all areas such as Talent & Culture, Marketing, IT, etc.
• Assist with the implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements
• Review nternal policies, standards and procedures
• Legal support in international projects
• Draft and review contracts, settlement agreements and correspondence in English, German and Spanish
• Work closely with the Bank's Compliance Team and answering official inquiries of authorities

You will assist the different areas on all legal aspects of the Bank's day-to-day business. We are offering an interesting opportunity to get an inside into today's legal and regulatory challenges in the private banking sector.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Swiss Law
• Previous internship or relevant work experience, preferably in the banking and financial sector is a plus
• Interest in banking services and products including digital assets
• Proactive, team player, excellent interpersonal skills
• good communication skills together with a concise and precise drafting style
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of diligence
• Dynamic, flexible and capable of working independently
• Solution- and target-oriented person with strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented focus
• Fluent in German, and English. Spanish would be a plus
