Learning Innovation & Solution Lead
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a 'Learning Innovation & Solution Lead to join our dynamic Learning Innovation & Solutions organization for Quality systems team. This global role offers an exciting opportunity for cross- collaboration ideal for a change champion with a consultative approach and experience driving digital transformational.
This is a full-time, hybrid and permanent role based in Melbourne.
The Learning Innovation & Solutions Lead applies learning expertise and business knowledge to develop and achieve innovative and effective learning content to improve outcomes.
In close collaboration with the learning partner team, you will understand the learning needs and help to develop and provide solutions to close capability gaps. This includes examining new technologies, solutions, and/or vendors that can better promote knowledge retention and employee engagement and adoption. The team will apply a continuous improvement mindset and look to transform how we design, develop, and deliver training solutions with the end-user in mind. As a result, you will look for pilot new ways to support content and modernize the entire training library. You will also look for enterprise-wide opportunities to build capabilities across the CSL workforce (e.g. broad content for a disease area, therapeutic area, etc.).
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Learning Innovation & Solutions, you will:
- Understand Learning Needs and Design Innovative Learning Solutions.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to create high-quality learning materials?and use latest technologies and/or innovations in the learning space to modernize learning solutions.
- Partner with Learning team to create scalable solutions that can be used across the Enterprise.
- Use vendor relationships and solutions that are impactful.
- Create projects focused on continuous improvement and the testing or piloting of Innovative Learning Technologies by identifying cutting-edge solutions and potential applications within CSL.
- Evaluate and respond to Learning Program Effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms and work with the team to improve on learning solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy innovative/state-of-the-art learning solutions.
- Experience designing a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual instructor-led training.
