We’re on a mission to ignite the human spirit through movement, staying true to our deep roots in performance running while growing our relevance with those who move in other ways.To serve this ambition, we are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with agency experience to drive our global marketing campaigns, with a focus on Dedicated Running.This role will report to the Senior Lead of Marketing Campaigns for Running, Outdoor, and Young Movers. It will involve leading global marketing campaigns, supported by a Senior Specialist, in collaboration with our creative studio, channels, and regional stakeholders.If you're someone with experience in campaign leadership and a genuine passion for performance running, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make your mark.We are especially interested in meeting people with diverse lived and professional experiences, perspectives, and approaches.
- Lead the development and execution of complex Global Marketing Campaigns focused on Dedicated Running, from briefing to delivery. Ensuring each campaign resonates with our communities and achieves our strategic objectives.
- Foster collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion, leveraging the expertise of each department to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
- Guide and mentor your team to help them reach their full potential - currently one direct report.
- Monitor campaign performance and metrics rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously optimize and refine our strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness in finding solutions that maintain momentum and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Own the project management of campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Represent our run communities, ensuring each campaign resonates and achieves our strategic objectives.
