What you will do:
- Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define strategic direction and product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team of product owners and technical experts.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Asset Management IT, focusing on digitalization and automation.
- Ensure stable operations and seamless end-to-end integration with other projects.
- Implement governance frameworks for risk management, quality control, and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Asset ManagementTeams within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Deep understanding of Asset Management IT tools, solutions, and processes, preferably in the energy industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP in the Asset Management domain covering some of the SAP modules EAM, PS, PM, CS, SD, MM, SAP Service & Asset Management
- Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel to Spain.
