Lead Application Supporter/-in
Your tasks:
– You will be leading a combined team of internal and external experts to provide application support to a high standard and ensure all ERP application services for the Digital Product Hub are available within the agreed services levels.
– You will act as a single point of contact for the Digital Product Hub covering SAP and non-SAP applications support.
– You would carry End-to-End accountability of the Incidents and Changes from our standpoint for the Digital Product Hub covering support to SAP and EAS applications.
– Building inhouse capabilities to support the evolving SAP ecosystem will be a critical part of the role as the Digital Product Hub is expanded and deployed in steps over the next few years.

– You need a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
