Your tasks
- You orchestrate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met
- You create compelling business proposals and presentations for various stakeholders
- You facilitate meetings and workshops to foster creativity and address challenges
- You build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaborative efforts
- You develop and align robust business development strategies for both B2B and B2C target groups
- You oversee project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule
- You track and evaluate key performance indicators related to business development objectives and generate performance reports
Your profile
- You have a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- You have proven experience in market development, business development, or a similar role
- You have experience in enabling agile forms of collaboration
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market situations
- You have excellent project management and organizational skills
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You can work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- You are proficient English, any other language (especially German or Spanish) is a plus
