Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Junior Trust Administrator.
Location: Zürich
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31.12.2024
Main responsibilities
- Liaise with Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
- Various additional administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in daily business (such as set up / close structures, account openings, transfer of life insurance policies, filing and scanning)
- Payments/Distributions/R evocations
- Bank account openings
- Life insurance policies transfers/subscriptions
- Filing/scanning
- Update VP database
Your skills:
- 1 -2 years of experience in trust administration, STEP qualified is a plus
- Fluent in English (must) and German (would be an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Viewpoint is a plus
- Very good communication skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible, and organized person
- Proactive and service oriented
- Must be a team player
