Junior Project Manager & Business Development

• Coordinating various project activities and meticulously documenting each phase to ensure transparency and accountability
• Assist in conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities for our Siber products
• Identifying market potential, positioning strategies, and maintaining essential product information required for sales across different countries
• Managing project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project requirements are met and that deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards
• Monitoring project expenses and assisting in budget tracking and reporting
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, business development, or a similar role
• Familiarity with project management methodologies/tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and MS Project, is essential
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Spanish or other languages would be an advantage
• A willingness to travel is necessary for this role
