Junior Lawyer / Paralegal

What you'll do
- Assisting a team of lawyers in Switzerland and in our foreign offices on performing various group legal entity management, corporate governance, and corporate secretary tasks
- Draft, review and maintain corporate documentation and assist in internal contract management
- Be part of the project for a new document management system for Legal & Compliance
- Support the roll out and implementation of processes, education and training
- Coordinate the signing and filing of documents relating to the day to day operations
What you'll need
- Law degree, bachelor in business administration, paralegal certification or other relevant legal education
- Experience as a Junior Lawyer or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or legal department within a financial services firm
- Fluent in both in German and English
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and thorough execution skills; highly organized to meet competing deadlines
- Solution- and service-oriented personality, eager to learn and keen to take ownership and be part of a dynamic team
Nice to have
- Knowledge of any other language
- Good understanding of IT applications
