Overview of contract:
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Junior Client Service Management Specialist to assist corporate clients with their transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services.
Location: Zürich
Start date: October 2024
Duration: 6-12 months initially, with possibility of extension
Main responsibilities:
- Assist corporate clients with inquiries related to securities and custody services, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Ensure all client queries are resolved within agreed service levels and to the client's satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate with external partners, including custodians, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive support and ensuring high levels of service quality.
- Monitor and report on client feedback, contributing to service improvements and client retention.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing within financial services, particularly in settlements and securities transfers.
- Understanding of securities and global custody products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional English skills.
