You will be working in the Advisory Process & Experience team, the global competence center for all questions regarding the Advisory Process for Wealth Management and Swiss Bank clients seeking advice, supporting them to take their best investment decisions. We work closely with our colleagues across the bank to ensure the Advisory Process is well integrated in the investment value chain in Global Wealth Management across markets and locations. We also have a strong collaboration with the Agile Delivery Organization to drive the development of the Investor Profiling, to improve user experience both with client advisors and clients, expand the tools to enable better client-facing advice, enable efficiency by introducing client self-service, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- strategically drive and contribute to the integration measures, by working closely with stakeholders across the bank.
- support the overarching Global Investment management pre migration cleanup project.
- act as a contact for the Advisory Process related questions and support the different markets in preparing their clients for the migration globally.
- develop guidance for Client Advisors, aligned with business stakeholders and control functions in different locations and business areas.
- ensure correct implementation of business and regulatory driven requirements in the respective tools and documents in collaboration with the respective technical experts across the bank.

You Offer
- at least 2 years’ work experience in a project environment, change management, consulting, and relationship management experience is a plus
- experience in wealth management advisory services and an affinity for the digitalization of advisory process related topics (data capturing, goal-based investing, core/satellite, self-service advice etc.) are particularly helpful
- a strong analytical and conceptual skill set as well as a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
- an understanding of the wealth management business
- proactive team player and willingness to take ownership
- well-organized with a strong eye for details
- passionate about working with a wide of variety of stakeholders across the organization and able to distill information into one concise message
- fluent in English, other languages are a benefit.
