Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating the entire recruitment process
- Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system
- Schedule and organize interviews and assessment centers
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Create and post job advertisements
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyses
Requirements
- Several years experience in a recruitment or administrative support role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in English and good knowledge in German
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
