Working within an impactful team (HPT) environment, this position will have main responsibility for supporting/advancing J&J IT systems capability related to Advanced and Cell Therapies manufacturing, operational and project activities and closely engaging with Supply Chain manufacturing site functions. Individual will work with Senior site IT/Business Management to identify and prioritize IT solutions and coordinate the consistent implementation of these solutions across the business. They will exhibit strong influencing skills and determination for driving the site towards consistent technology solutions aligned to an overall IT strategy. The JJT CAR-T Manufacturing Site IT Manager should have a strong view of external IT capabilities in the market and how they can be applied to drive business value for J&J.
We are looking for a strong leader that will be the primary IT partner for the Raritan Manufacturing operations team with responsibility for the plant technology product roadmap, portfolio, aligned to Business and JJT strategy for the Raritan CAR-T site. In addition, it has the responsibility to ensure that the IT products that support the manufacturing site are coordinated efficiently to deliver application roadmap strategies using Agile and Release Management. The Manufacturing Site IT Leader will own the operational IT budget for site JJT Operation Products and Solutions as well as have input and coordination on IT investment prioritization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively leads the CAR-T mfg. site IT systems ecosystem as a Site IT Manager with responsibility for local IT products and partnering with the site operations and business team to ensure adoption of technology capabilities.
- Lead / Support all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments for the manufacturing site.
- Drive’s reliability of the IT product ecosystem through Technology Lifecycle Management programs and Cybersecurity mitigations
- Drives collaboration and execution with internal and external Partners
- Program and Service Manager: Tracks progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management
- Talent Leader: A leader and developer of talent; coach and mentor individuals to excel in product management.
