Tasks
- Architect, build and maintain our event driven Java applications which are extending GitLab to enable our application teams to efficiently develop, test, deploy and release their software
- Design, implement and own quality gates and tools to ensure our software meets the expected standards while providing a hasslefree, lean developer experience
- Closely collaborate with application development teams, providing guidance and support when they onboard to our platform
- Utilize your expertise to design, implement and optimize cloud-based solutions
Technologie
- Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong emphasis on Java development, with further knowledge on modern Typescript and IaC technologies as a plus
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building and optimizing applications using event driven architecture
- Extensive experience in cloud platforms with focus on Azure and working with Kubernetes
- Experience in working with modern CI/CD platform and compliance enforcement (branching strategy, vulnerability management, code quality, etc.) as a developer or administrator
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines or similar, enabling you to optimize existing pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Good communication, planning and teamwork skills
- Motivated to work in an agile team and commonly reaching ambitious goals
