Our client is an ambitious global company in the Healthcare industry that plans extreme growth in the next 5 years. They are looking for an ambitious professional with experience in dealing with investment strategies to lead the function and help achieve their goals.
Investor Relations Manager
Your main tasks
- Develop and implement the company's investor relations strategy.
- Analyze potential investors and contact strategically interesting new investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, and retail shareholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy, and outlook to the investment community.
- Provide the executive team with regular insights and analysis on market developments and their potential impact on the company.
- Collaborate with corporate communications, the finance and legal departments in the preparation and distribution of the earnings releases, investor presentations, half year and annual reports, and other financial disclosures.
- Collaborate closely with the legal department in organizing and managing investor events, including earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, and annual general meetings.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years experience either as an in-house investor relations specialist within a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Devices company or as a LifeScience focused analyst at an investment bank or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of equity research, capital markets and corporate finance.
- Familiar with international investor landscape and community (Swiss experience is a plus)
- Able to communicate complex financial information clearly to all ranges of audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written English required; German is a plus.
- Highly ethical and transparent with extensive knowledge of Swiss and internal regulations.
