In this internship, you are part of a motivated & diverse team in Zurich within Lufthansa (LHG) Digital Solution domain. Structured, analytical & technical mindset and team-player attitude is key. So, join us on our digital air retailing journey!
- Contribute to setting up PMO processes and tools within a team of solution experts
- Participation in different sized projects as a PMO
- Help create and implement the knowledge management process for the solutions under the responsibility of the team
- Support drafting presentations, briefings and debriefings for external representation of LHG in e.g. industry-wide forums and internal communication channels
- Contribute to the preparation of internal (management) reporting, briefings, approval papers and respective alignments with other departments
- Propose and implement dashboards or reports to follow the team project portfolio (e.g. OKRs, KPIs, etc.)

- Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in Engineering and/or Business Administration (Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Excellent MS Office 360 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly structured, organised and proactive
- Ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
- Technically curious and airline industry enthusiast
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
- Very good spoken and written English skills
