The Facility Management Department at Jet Aviation is responsible for Real Estate, Facilities Project Management, Services, Maintenance & Repairs. As part of the Facility Project & Maintenance team, you will also be supporting the whole Facility Management Department
- Support minor/major Facility Projects
- Manage small projects from concept to implementation
- Organize & manage minor repair/maintenance
- Coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers
- Support Facility Management Processes
- React and support events and responses to emergencies
- Review space utilization (office space, meeting rooms, storage)
- Define what areas can be optimized and organize clean-up
- Update Facility Masterplan (space allocation and layouts)
- Support events and general ad-hoc business needs
- Matriculated student in Architecture/Infrastructure engineering, Facility, Energy Management, BIM/CMMS Building management, or similar education path
- Able to use own initiative to resolve issues or propose appropriate solutions
- Teamplayer who can handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Able to achieve targets & deadlines
- Good communicator, interact with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Good level of English and French, German also an advantage
