Internship in IT Digital Products HR & Finance (limited 6-12 months, 80-100%, all genders)

As an intern in our department ‘IT Digital Products HR & Finance’, you will help a team of project managers to conduct IT projects and changes in our Human Resources and Finance business areas.
The focus in these endeavors will be on refining and aligning our HR and Finance systems depending on the digitalization strategy of those units. You will assist the team here in visualizing business processes and determining business requirements, with their transformation activities of existing or new IT solutions.
Tasks
- Supporting the project leaders and assuming subproject management responsibilities
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Devising test concepts and conducting and monitoring tests
- Revising the existing IT Application & Services Database
- Assuming responsibility for further business analysis, requirements engineering, project management and change management tasks
- Frequent amount of travelling between our EuroAirport Basel and Zurich Kloten sites
- Workload Specification: For this position, an workload of 80-100% is preferred.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students in IT or graduates in Business Administration with a proven IT background
- Very good command of English, spoken and written – German as an advantage
- Preferably some knowledge of requirements engineering, project management, business analysis and/or software testing
- Good systems skills (with an understanding of the interconnections between business processes and IT systems) and a knowledge and awareness of business contexts
- Quick grasp of essentials along with analytical skills
