Internship in Content Marketing (limited for 6 months, 80-100%, all genders)

As part of our team, you work on Content Marketing projects and are fully integrated into the daily business. You will plan, create and publish and coordinate content across all SWISS owned channels.
- Support production of various visual content (photo, film, video, text, infographics, etc.) for the external SWISS owned channels (e.g. SWISS Magazine, Newsletter, in-flight entertainment, etc.)
- Participation in concept creation and realization of different content projects
- Coordinate customer communication topics with internal and external stakeholders
- Independently execute smaller marketing activations in close collaboration with the team
- Support creation of newsletters, and independently plan, create and send internal newsletter
- Support the daily work of the team by managing mailbox and stakeholder communication as well as oversee marketing plan tool
While of course ideally, we prefer someone with previous experience in content production or copywriting – motivation is more important! If you feel at ease with today’s digital possibilities and are eager to roll back your sleeves and learn everything about content at SWISS – it’s a match.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education with a specialization in Communications, Marketing or similar
- Team player, communicative and creative personality
- Experience and enjoyment of communication
- Independent, proactive, and structured way of working
- Excellent communication and coordination skills since you will be in close contact with numerous internal and external interfaces in Switzerland and abroad
- Stylistically confident in writing and speaking German and English. French and Italian are a plus.
