The Opportunity
The ICCU Life Cycle Team (Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis) is part of the RDS (Roche Diagnostics Solution) Customer Area “Near Patient Care” (NPC).
As International Product Manager you are responsible for leading product care and quality for the LumiraDx solution, now part of our NPC portfolio. As a matrix leader, you play a critical role in ensuring all patients can get the right result at the right time.
In your new role, you will: (list not exhaustive)
Act as a facilitator and integrator across all stakeholders to ensure that products are developed and commercially available in scope, time, and budget.
Lead the cross-functional Product Care & Quality Team to ensure
ongoing product supply
reliable product quality
regulatory product compliance(e.g. IVDR, FDA, REACH, RoHS, etc.)
execution of work packages in time, scope, and budget.
Create a positive and collaborative environment with a customer focus; instilling a sense of urgency and strong can-do attitude in the team.
Resolve cross-functional and interpersonal conflicts within the team.
Drive team debate and decisions around key issues.
Analyze, cluster/trend, trace & monitor quality issues and customer complaints
Initiate corrective actions or improvements, and manage and monitor the implementation.
Prioritize Product Care and Quality projects and identify possibilities for continuous improvement.
Lead planning and monitoring the execution of Product Updates (i.e. Lifecycle packages including software and hardware updates) related to on-market Hospital Blood Glucose products; ensuring launch according to timeline, quality, budget, and requirements.
Consult on new product development projects in terms of customer and product requirements.
Sound relevant experience in the diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical industry (>7 years)
Excellent leadership & communication skills, able to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a complex global matrix environment
Proven strategic thinking & problem-solving skills; proactively co-creating solutions with other stakeholders
Previous experience and great skills in product development projects
Experience and competence in managing budgets and decision-making (incl. profitability)
Profound experience and knowledge of LumiraDx. Having worked at LumiraDx previously is a plus
