- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Extensive experience in production management with deep knowledge of supply chain, quality, EHS and continuous improvement (lean management)
- Experience in the manufacturing of industrially produced consumer goods
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance with regulations involving hazardous substances (knowledge of Seveso regulations)
- Experience in leading change processes and driving continuous improvement
- Business fluent in English
