As a member of our HR Talent Attraction team, you have the unique opportunity to play a crucial role within our employer branding journey. Together, we will create something outstanding by developing a communication and content plan for 2025 that covers all internal and external touchpoints.

• Develop an employer branding communication plan (content & media) for all external touchpoints (social media, career website, blog, events, campaigns, talent communities) and internal touchpoints (intranet, engagement platform, events) based on our strategic employer branding framework and creative concept for 2025
• Create/design engaging content for the external and internal touchpoints mentioned above
• Collaborate on content marketing initiatives
• Actively participate in expanding talent communities, conceptualizing new content and campaigns

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
• Preferably, experience in HR & Employer Communication, Content Marketing, Digital, or Social Media Marketing
• Open-minded, creative, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for recruiting and employer branding
• Excellent written and spoken German, with good proficiency in written and spoken English
