Intern - Global Process Management (m/f/x)?
What's the role?
??Internship position in Global Process Management to support our business units.
?You can specialize in the three subject areas of process management, development methods, or software tools supporting our processes.
?During your internship, you can gain good insights into the processes that are necessary for the development of a new Hilti product. As part of a staff function, you will deal with project teams and management stakeholders.
?The start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months. (preferably 6+ months)
What does the role involve?
Our department aims to increase the productivity of development teams through process management, development methods, and software tools.
Based on your skills and experience, you can provide support in the following areas
- Process management: Refine our business process modeling notation, standardize, and implement processes across organizational entities.
- Development methods: Roll out development methods such as Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA, etc. to help our development teams solve difficult engineering problems.
- Software tool: We provide state-of-the-art software for project management, FMEA, process modeling, etc. You can take over part of the software ownership, provide 1st level support for our users, or document typical use cases.
What you need is:
- Ideally enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering or Management for the internship period; applications of Bachelor’s students are also considered
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Interest in development processes (hardware or software)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence are a plus
- Clarity about your strengths and the way you can contribute to the team
- You're mature and assertive, curious and committed. You're a flexible team player with empathy, good communication and, social skills
