[Innovative Medicine] Strategic Program Manager (Sr. Staff- Sr.Manager), Strategy and Operation, Commercial Excellence Division
After 10 years of continuous growth, Janssen Japan (JPKK) business is faced with two years of solid growth in 2024 and 2025. This is an important period to ensure successful delivery of our performance goals. As importantly, this is a great opportunity to pivot towards new generation commercial model with core capabilities needed for the future. The Strategic Program Manager plays a critical role in clarifying our strategies for the transformation and driving cross functional alignment and collaboration to deliver success.
l Contribute to evolvement of JPKK commercialization strategy
Ø Develop a comprehensive view of JPKK strategic initiatives
Ø Propose directions for commercial strategy evolvement and relevant initiatives
Ø Drive alignment with key stakeholders on direction of strategy evolvement
l Lead successful execution of Commercial Excellence (CE) key initiatives across Business Unit (BU)
Ensure clear definition of project goals, approaches and implementation plan
Ø Ensure BU strategy/ situations are appropriately considered in CE projects
Ø Work closely with CE business partners to ensure alignment of project goals/ approaches across BU
Ø Implement strong project management to ensure successful delivery of the projects
l Work with APAC teams to introduce new capabilities
Ø Closely work with APAC team to reflect Japan business situation and needs in new capability design
Ø Lead execution of project in Japan
l Contribute to CE and strategy and operation culture and way of working
Ø Support management of key governance bodies to drive alignment and collaboration in CE and cross functionally
Ø Drive CE culture and way of working towards defined vision
*Assignment of the responsibilities will be based on the scale/complexity/stakeholders/organization life cycle and other factors. The actual percentage of time spent on the major duties & responsibilities listed above will vary based on the assignment/rotation/project allocated at any given point in time.
