1. As the assistant to the Janssen(JP)Therapeutic Area(TA)Oncology( ONC) head, you will manage her schedule, travel plans and expense report. Because she reports to the global VP in US, you will need to communicate with multiple global senior managements` executive admins to coordinate meeting set ups and other related matters.
2. Support the TA ONC events planning, such as off-site, TA ONC global visitors` arrangement, ONC team conference travel planning such as ASCO, support the logistic for TA ONC department level meetings` arrangement.
3. Support the TA ONC team for system submission logistic, such as upload documents to corresponding approval systems, place Purchase Order(PO) in the purchasing system, order to the vendors, manage the process of contracting with external investigators etc.
4. Collaborate with other functions` admins for xFunction global visitors` arrangement, such as global R&D head JP visiting with his leadership team.
5. You will manage the maintenance of TA ONC group mail list and support the process of the new members` onboarding.
