Infrastructure engineer
Responsibilities
- Daily operations like maintaining our global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, offering tier 2 support for end users and taking part of various projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
- Keeping our IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, equivalent education or experience
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure related work with at least most of the areas below:
- Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Exchange
- SQL Server
- SharePoint
- Microsoft 365 environment
- Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers)
- Virtualization
- Citrix systems (Workspace, SD-WAN, ADC)
- Security
- Fluent writing and speaking in English
