Implementation Project Manager

Job summary:

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving projects schedules and leading projects across company and customer representatives based on company priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Project Plans per defined project methodology.
  • Ensure successful execution of the defined project scope.
  • Effectively utilize company resources to meet project scope.
  • Be solution oriented with the ability to identify and successfully manage project risks.
  • Communicate overall project status based on defined project methodology.
  • Contribute to overall project process improvement.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working in hospital/hospital type environments.
  • Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, strong leadership skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
  • Possess excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital administration and Masimo cross functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project.
  • Skills in Networking, Computer Languages (Linux, Windows), Medical device, Integration with Healthcare systems.
  • Fluent in English and German. Any other European language is an asset.

Education:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
