Our Onsite Support team delivers best in class IT services enabled by our highly skilled team. We offer both L1 and initial L2 support scenarios, collaborating closely with operational, infrastructure, and end-user computing (EUC) teams.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive ICT Supporter (Onsite) to join our dynamic onsite support team. Our new colleague should be within 3-6 years of their career in information and communication technology support and have a foundational understanding of end-user computing as well as the eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, such as a trading floor and IT bar.

Your main responsibilities
- User Support: Provide basic direct support to end-users and VIPs, addressing their concerns and queries regarding software, hardware, and network issues
- Stock Management Assistance: Help manage stock, including staging of computers
- Meeting Room Setup: Assist in the setup and management of technical equipment in meeting rooms
- Continuous improvement: Participate in collaborative efforts to improve our day-to-day job, such as formation, automation, communication
- Project Participation: Engage in ICT projects as a learning opportunity, providing support as needed
Your profile
- CFC Information Technology
- At least 3 years of IT support experience
- Basic understanding of ICT principles and a willingness to learn
- Advanced ability to support in O365, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient communication skills in English and German, French as a plus
- In case it is needed in the future: willingness to work on weekends and cover shifts
