ICT Supporter/-in
Your tasks:
Support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests.
Support the Event Operations in setting up IT equipment & AV for Meetings & Events
Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
Record all issues that arise and advise of any issues that need further attention
Communicate with the hotel team to respond to any guest-related IT requirements
Cordinate and collaborate with Dubai IT network team
Recommend system improvements
Your profile:

Flexibility, Proactiveness and Good Organization Skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
Previous IT experience is required, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
Positive, proactive outlook, hardworking and outgoing personality - and a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
Swiss work permit holder/EU passport holder
Experience of all Microsoft systems
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
Knowledge of Opera PMS and Micros is an advantage
