We are searching for an experienced and dedicated housekeeper to join a family in Geneva. The family requires someone who can adapt to their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a clean and organized household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and tidying the house according to the family's standards and requirements
- Taking special care of a large collection of books
- Performing routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and ironing
- Organizing and maintaining various household items
- Listening and adhering to the family's instructions and special requests
Additional Information:
- The position is for 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility on the day
- The family values discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- EU passport or valid Swiss Work Permit
- Proven experience as a housekeeper
- Checkable references
- Ability to care for books and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for bookshelves and rare books
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Ability to listen and adapt to the family's preferences
