Job Description
Join our client's dynamic and growing scale-up as the Head of Tax. Our client is undergoing a large restructuring programme, transforming them into the next growth phase.
Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Tax:
- Oversee all tax matters for the group, including direct, indirect, TP, and national taxes
- Manage and lead the tax team
- Ensure compliance with German and Swiss tax regulations
- Oversee tax risk and support various group projects
- Set up tax structures for their international operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong corporate tax knowledge
- Ideally trained at a Big 4 firm with additional industry experience
- ExpertSuisse or Steuerberater qualification
- Expertise in IFRS and Swiss OR
- Extensive experience with German and Swiss tax
- Fluent in German
- Proven track record of setting up tax structures in an international company
