- PhD and proven scientific track record in the Research Group's field
- Leadership ability, team spirit and good communication skills
- Goal-oriented, achievement-oriented and loyal personality
- Experience in the acquisition and management of national and international research projects
- Knowledge of two official Swiss languages and a very good command of written and spoken English
