Overview
SKAN AG in Allschwil is looking for a confident leader with integrity for Global Quality Assurance. As Head Global Quality Assurance, you will play a key role and be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the global quality strategy. Your focus will be on ensuring our high quality standards worldwide. You will report directly to the Director Global Quality & Compliance and work closely with the various departments in Allschwil and the subsidiaries. At the site, you can expect a well-trained, independent and highly motivated team that will support you in realising your goals. Responsibilities
Development and implementation of global quality strategies for the global further development of QA and support of the SKAN Group's long-term corporate goals
Technical and personnel management of the QA team at the headquarters in Allschwil as well as technical management of the QA departments in our subsidiaries
Ensuring and developing a global quality management system and uniform quality standards and processes across all locations
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GxP conformity of products and services
Further development of quality management at the Allschwil site, taking into account global quality standards and ISO 9001.
Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the QA department in Allschwil
Carrying out and monitoring audits
Analysing quality data to identify potential for improvement and promoting a positive error and CIP culture
Organising and conducting training courses on quality standards and processes and communicating with customers on quality assurance topics
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time (mainly to our subsidiaries)
Hardskills
- Completed specialised training in quality management (e.g. NDS Quality Management) or university degree in engineering or natural sciences with several years of professional experience in the QA/QC area
- Several years of leadership experience in the QA/QC area
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Profound knowledge of MS Office
Softskills
- Precise way of working and very high quality awareness

- Independent, organised, fast and reliable
- Discreet, loyal and responsible
