Head of Global Quality Assurance & OHS Management (m/f/d)

Your Mission

As the Head of Global Quality Assurance and OHS Management, you will strategically lead and drive excellence in quality management as well as in health and safety standards across the organization.

Your role will be essential in setting strategic direction, establishing policies and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety as well as ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and OHS requirements.

You will work closely with the COO and cross-functional teams across the entire value chain: from Customers to Sales Units and Suppliers to Production Units as well as all Group functions.

Your leadership and vision will be citical in this role to enhance operational performance, mitigate risks and lead the function to best in class. Your Tasks

• Strategic Leadership:
• develop and implement global quality assurance & OHS strategies and standards
• ensure alignment with Neutrik Group's strategic goals and vision
• Team Lead:
• promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team
• lead, mentor and develop the global quality assurance & OHS network to become best in class
• provide training and development opportunities to enhance quality & OHS across the organization
• Vision and Roadmap: develop, implement and improve the global quality assurance & OHS approach and function
• Performance Metrics:
• implement, monitor and analyze key performance indicators to continuously measure and improve
• ensure that targets are met or exceeded
• Compliance: ensure quality & OHS compliance across all operations locations
• Engagement and Communication:
• maintain transparent and effective communication across all organisational levels
• align quality & OHS initiatives with company objectives
• drive a culture of quality & OHS throughout the entire global quality organization
• Collaboration:
• foster ross-functional collaboration
• build relations across functions and organizations to identify, address as well as solve internal and external quality & OHS issues

Your Background

• you have the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving strategic goals
• you have the capacity to develop and execute long-term quality and safety strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• you have a track record in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety
• you have the experience and capability to identify root causes of quality and safety issues and implement effective solutions
• you have deep knowledge of relevant quality, regulatory and OHS standards and regulations
• with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills you effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
• you hold strong analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and trends related to quality and OHS performance
• you have extensive experience in leading complex quality improvement projects and initiatives
• and a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management and OHS leadership roles
• you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management.......
• you are fluent in Lean management
• hold a Six Sigma Black belt
• and you are fluent in German and English (mandatory)
