In this role, your will be responsible for the following tasks: You lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure project lifecycle management processes (PLM framework) are followed, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in a cross-functional project setup and an international environmentYou develop, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices based on METTLER TOLEDO frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient project execution across the organizationYou provide strategic guidance and support to project managers to ensure they have the necessary resources, training, and tools to deliver successful projectsYou ensure project performance metrics are established, monitored, and reported to senior management to enable informed decision-makingYou promote continuous improvements to drive process efficiency and effectivenessYou coordinate cross-functional product development and industrialization projects to ensure fully integrated development, accountability, and proper alignment of key deliverables with project timelines. These activities include:Managing technical requirements aligned with market requirements in close collaboration with the relevant Product Managers/Product Owners and key stakeholders and communities within AutoChem and other business areas from METTLER TOLEDOIntegrating service, manufacturability, and quality requirementsCoordinating R&D activities (Software, Firmware, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering, Testing)Collaborating with the Production Organization (PO) to establish a robust supply chain and ensure an efficient transfer to manufacturing
